Our cabinets can accommodate either Foolscap or A4 suspension filing, depending on the product. You can find the suitable suspension file size under Product Information on each of our cabinet product pages.
Our cabinets aren’t classed as fireproofed, so we don’t claim they give any form of fire protection to the contents. In a severe fire, our cabinets wouldn’t catch alight, but the contents inside would char.
You can find a variety of helpful videos on our YouTube channel. They cover a range of common tasks, from removing and fitting drawer slides, to changing locks.
While most of our products arrive fully assembled, assembly instructions are included in the packaging with those that require any self-assembly.

It ranges from one to ten years, depending on the product. You can find the warranty details for each product under the Product Information section on each product page.
All Bisley products are guaranteed to cover all defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee is only valid with the original invoice or proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents. Failure due to wear and tear is specifically excluded. Guarantees are not transferable, and can only be exercised by the original purchaser. Please Contact Us if you would like to make an enquiry.

We currently do not have a showroom for our home office products in Ireland, however sign up to our newsletter or check back on our website for future updates on when this will be available.
