We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. Make sure your card details are correct and that your billing address is in Ireland. If it still isn’t working, please contact your bank.

On rare occasions, order confirmations can make it into your Junk Folder or we might have a technical glitch. You can review your recent orders in Your Account or please Contact Us and we can help by re-sending your confirmation.

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. If you are having any difficulties placing an order, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you.
