Delivery

We deliver to most Eircodes, however there are some areas which we are unfortunately not able to cover via our usual courier service.

Delivery is free on all orders of €100 or above. For orders under €100, there is a small charge of €4.95.

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), typically between 8am – 4pm.

On the product page for every item, you will see the delivery time for your selected options. Please note that delivery times are estimated and deliveries to certain areas may take a little longer. You can view the progress of your order in My Account after it’s placed. Where multiple products with different lead times are ordered, the longest lead time of any individual product will apply across the whole order.

While some products are available in stock, most are made to order and this can result in a slightly longer lead time.

Yes, you can enter any instructions relating to your delivery during checkout and our couriers will accommodate wherever possible.
If you have any specific requirements for your delivery, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise of all available options.

Yes, log in to Your Account after placing your order and you can follow your order’s journey throughout its production.
You can also contact us for updates on your expected delivery date.

If you need to make a change after placing your order, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help.

We will contact you via the email and / or telephone number provided when placing your order to arrange delivery when your order is ready to be despatched.
If you wish to collect your item(s) from our site in Bray, please let us know and we will arrange collection accordingly.

If you are not going to be available to accept delivery at the arranged date and time, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements.
